Acceptance of Terms

By using askEDU, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of Service

askEDU is intended for educational and professional use by school leaders, administrators, and educators.

• You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully
• You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the service
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content fits your local context and policies

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

Google Integration

askEDU integrates with Google to create documents on your behalf when you choose to export content. By using this feature, you authorize document creation connected to your account for that purpose only.

Content

Interview questions, generated content, and exported materials are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and using them appropriately.

Limitation of Liability

askEDU is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of askEDU after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
