askEDU is a web-based tool designed for school leaders to search, generate, organize, and export interview questions. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly.

Information We Collect

• Name and email address, including when you sign in with Google
• Usage data, such as searches, exports, and interactions with the platform
• Content you create or organize, such as selected questions and export metadata

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the askEDU platform
• To generate and export interview materials you request
• To understand usage patterns and improve performance and usability
• To protect system security, reliability, and integrity

Google API Services

askEDU uses Google APIs to create Google Docs on your behalf only when you choose to export content.

• We do not access your existing Google Docs unless required for a feature you explicitly use
• We only create documents you request through the platform
• We do not sell or transfer your Google data to third parties
• We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service, such as through Google APIs or other core service providers used to deliver the platform.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. Even so, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data or ask questions about how your information is used by contacting us directly.
